Triana ​fuses the otherworldly with the mundane , creating iconic imagery that's both visceral & intimate. From punk to opulence, rawness and tenderness , aliens and nature, her work is hypnotic and timeless. 

 

In 2023 Triana was awarded the Australian Filmmaker of the Year Award (AWMA) celebrating her decade long career. Originally from Peru , she lived for 15 years in Melbourne and is now based in Berlin .​
